No resource we know of does such a nice job of putting solar energy in perspective. We propose a method for developing budgets based on calculation of fossil carbon emissions, an indicator of carbon equivalents greenhouse gas emissions, contributors to climate change. We use scientists’ calculations of the capacity of the earth’s atmosphere to balance the heat entering and leaving the atmosphere as a result of all forces including but not limited to human activities.
